Appointment Deposit
A deposit is required to confirm and secure your appointment with us. A deposit will either be charged to our square payment, credit card or by a bank transfer with us or pay ID. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session and your remaining balance for the service you booked will be charged on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Please let us know 24 hours before cancelling or rescheduling your appointment with us. Deposits for our services are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule after the specified 24-hour deadline.
Important Message For All Clients
Microblading and all permanent cosmetic tattoos involve multiple sessions. The healing results will vary for each client, and no guarantees can be made. Additional sessions (which will be extra charges) might be needed to achieve the desired results. Despite our commitment to quality service, various factors can affect the outcome since every client's tattoo heals differently. Please follow all the Pre-Appointment and Aftercare instructions to ensure your new brows, lips or eyeliner heal properly and look their best. These guidelines are designed to minimise bleeding and skin sensitivities during the procedure. Excessive bleeding can dilute and expel the pigment, leading to unsatisfactory results. Prices are subject to change at any time and please note that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
